me: aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahh!!

I must say though that my ultimate "How can such idiocy be tolerated" story has gotta be this one (http://my.break.com/media/view.aspx?ContentID=197350) that Gina sent me, in which a man fails to find anyone at Verizon who understands that (for example) 0.7 cents/minute X 100 minutes is 70 cents, NOT 70 dollars.
