More Fun Than a Barrel of Flintstones

i'm a vitamin skeptic. most of the claims about the wonders of vitamins seem there to promote the sales of vitamins. but since i don't think i always eat a balanced diet i take vitamins semi-regularly. remember the flintstones vitamins? weren't they fun? lots of kids thought they tasted wonderful. i was never a fan. remember alka-seltzer? yes, not a vitamin but it brings me to the point that in germany vitamins come in effervescent tablets. all your vitamins can be enjoyed as a bubbly tasty* drink. now that's fun.
